Synopsis
The Adapted Military Service was created in New Caledonia in 1986, first in Koumac, then in Kone in 1992. It became the RSMA on July 1, 2012. Based on this experience and the success of the RSMA-NC, the New Caledonian government has decided to host a new unit in Bourail on the GIEP site, initially intended for skills training.
