Synopsis
Loan, a 12-year-old boy, lives in a squat in Nouville. Together with his mother, they suffer the daily violence of his alcoholic father… Until the day she reveals to him the plan she has put in place to escape this nightmare : she will be a chaperone during the school’s environmental trip, and will take advantage of this stay on Pine Island to run away with her son. The next morning, in the departure lounge, he tells his best friend Mavrick all about it. He is speechless when he sees his father arrive as the chaperone.
