Synopsis

Esaïe is 8 years old. He lives in a squat in Nouméa, in a tin shack without water or electricity.
Every morning, running between the speeding cars, he crosses the highway to get to the local school.
This year, something has changed. Esaïe is carrying a strangely shaped schoolbag.
Inside the bag : a violin.
