Synopsis
Freshly arrived from metropolitan France, Maria has come to work as a general practitioner at the Yaté dispensary. This experience enabled her to work among Kanak tribes and discover a new culture. But what remains of Kanak medicine? What can Western medicine learn from these traditional practices? She decided to travel to the 4 corners of New Caledonia to meet the holders of this ancestral knowledge.
