Synopsis
IN NYIAN’S FOOTSTEPS takes us on a journey to meet Nyian, the first Kanak contemporary dance collective, founded 20 years ago and directed by dancer/choreographer Richard Digoue.
Nyian is a unique collective that enables young Caledonian dancers, most of whom are of Kanak or from mixed origins, to express themselves through movement and words.
