Synopsis
In the age of globalization, New Caledonia is going through a period of transition between tradition and modernity, which tends to leave part of the population, especially the Kanak, behind.
“Spot” has been designed to address this issue. This scheme, designed to help the most disadvantaged members of the population find their way into work, is aimed at people over the age of 17, to help them acquire the necessary skills for employability.
